Eat according to two body –

According to the Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), women only need 300 more calories for fetal development during pregnancy. Normal weight women should gain 11-15 kg or less during pregnancy. If a woman’s weight increases too much, the risk of Caesarean or complicated vaginal delivery increases. Balanced diet should be taken for the good health of mother and child. There should be no nutritional deficiency during pregnancy. Supplements should be taken according to the advice of doctors.

Eating papaya is a risk of miscarriage-

There is a belief that eating papaya increases the risk of miscarriage. Aware people also believe in it. Whereas the truth is that only raw or undercooked papaya contains high amounts of latex which contains the labor hormones oxytocin and prostaglandins. As the papaya cooks, the amount of latex decreases and its intake is safe. Pregnant women can consume fully ripe papaya and it does not harm the fetus. Papaya also relieves problems like constipation and heartburn. Papaya also relieves the problem of vomiting and gas, which are common during pregnancy.

Blonde baby will be born : consumption of Saffron-

The color of the child is determined by the jeans and apart from this the color cannot be determined by anything. Many people recommend the consumption of saffron to pregnant women so that the baby is born blond. However, this is only a myth, there is no truth in it.

Consumption of ghee makes delivery easier –

Neither delivery is easy with ghee nor healing of Uterus is easy. Ghee is saturated fat and high intake will increase your weight. Many people feel that ghee lubricates Vajaina, which makes delivery easier. However, there is no truth in this matter. Although ghee has many properties, but the amount of unsympathetic fat is also high, so it should be consumed only in controlled quantities. Eating more ghee will increase weight and make delivery difficult.

Do not make relations:

Do not make connections during pregnancy. This does not harm the baby because it is protected from amniotic sac and strong uterine muscles. A strong mucus plug also keeps the cervix closed. If you have a low risk pregnancy, then there is no risk of miscarriage. You just need to avoid any kind of infection.
